Introduction

S.A Writers' Theatre (SAWT) respects each individual's right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies solely to information collected at SAWT's Web site.

Part I.     Information Collection

SAWT does not collect information through its Web site, but may invite visitors to subscribe via email to the SAWT newsletter mailing list (Apollo's Voice) or to other SAWT mailing lists. For this purpose, only the visitor's name (optional) and email address is collected.

We do not employ cookies to gather information. A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on a user's computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. Cookies enable companies to track usage patterns and deliver customized content to users. No Banner advertising appears on our Web site.

Part II.     Information Usage

The information collected by SAWT will be used only for the purpose of creating mailing lists for the distribution of information about SAWT activities. We will not share our mailing lists with any third parties. We offer links to other Web sites. Please note: When you click on links to other Web sites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies. Their standards may differ from ours. Our Web site may in the future offer chats, forums or message boards. Please be advised that information posted in these venues becomes public knowledge. If our policy on information collection or usage changes, this privacy notice will be updated to reflect such changes, and all existing subscribers to our mailing lists will be advised by email of such changes.

Part III. Problem Resolution

If at any time a user wishes to unsubscribe from any of our mailing lists, they may do so by sending an email to the current SAWT email address with "unsubscribe" in the subject box.
